We offer secure and comfortable supported living homes for young people aged 16–18, where independence is encouraged in a stable environment. Children have their own space in a house designed to provide a genuine family environment. We ensure your accommodation is well-maintained, adapted where necessary, and feels like home from day one.

Our dedicated, compassionate team provides personalised care that meets each child's emotional, physical, and practical needs. From daily routines to emotional support, we work with children to build life skills, promote well-being, and help grow confidence. We provides consistency, structure and boundaries so children know we are there for them.

Support doesn’t stop when a placement ends. Liverbird Supported Living helps children move forward with confidence, offering guidance on education, training, employment, and independent living skills. Aftercare ensures every child continues to feel supported as they take their next steps.
